Child Safety Standards – Poppin

At Poppin, the safety of children is a fundamental priority. We are committed to protecting all users from harm and complying with all legal obligations under Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.

Our Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Poppin maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation, including but not limited to:

  • Grooming or soliciting minors.
  • Sextortion.
  • Trafficking or sexual exploitation of minors.
  • Possession, distribution, or promotion of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

We actively monitor our platform and remove any content or users found to be in violation of these standards.

Reporting and Moderation

To help protect our community, Poppin offers in-app reporting mechanisms that allow users to flag:

  • Inappropriate content (photos, texts).
  • Abusive or suspicious users.
  • Any other concerns related to child safety.

Reports can include a free text description, which helps us investigate thoroughly. Our moderation team reviews all reports against our internal policies and applicable laws, and we take swift action, including suspension, banning, and reporting to authorities.

To report a concern take this action:

  • Images in albums: Long press the image and select "Report"
  • Text in albums: Long press the text and select "Report"
  • Users (profiles): Find the user profile either by searching or through the links generally avalibe via their profile pictures and select "Report user"

Legal Compliance

Poppin aims to comply fully with all relevant child safety and protection laws. Where applicable, we report confirmed cases of CSAM or illegal activity to national and regional authorities.
